Does this also include other fees like licenses and registration that are up 50% since the bill was passed? This is a MTA tax on my car and I should be paid back.

You're a hypocrite. You feign interest in religious protections, take credit for crafting that language, then you vote against it! You pretend to care what people think on this issue by soliciting their opinions on Twitter and FB, then when the response comes back overwhelmingly pro-marriage-equality, you ignore that response. And BTW, don't presume to even use the term "marriage equality." You haven't earned that right. You obviously don't believe in it, so you don't deserve to use it. Use the term you believe in: pro-marriage-inequality. You're a wuss, a liar, and a spineless pig. This will be your undoing.

As a constituent, I am unclear why you chose to listen to these "regular people" on this issue and not to those of us who wanted your support on Marriage Equality. Shame.

Greg Ball is a total phony when it comes to animal protections. A few years a go he killed a goat just to get publicity for his campaign for State Assembly. He targets anyone in his district who advocates for animal protection by funding and running the animal-killing crazies to run against them. then he pretends he's for expanded rights - don't believe this chronic lying politician!

You should be ashamed of yourself regarding marriage equality. Playing politics with people's lives is exactly the type of reprehensible action that makes politicians so despised. You had a chance to act on principle and instead you acted out of self interest. Happily you were on the wrong side of civil liberties this time...I only hope you don't have another chance to choose self-interest over principle in the future. Hoping you can sleep at night...and hoping your kids are not gonna have to write you this letter in the future....

Dear Senator Ball,
Marriage isn't a religious position, though people try to make it out to be one. When you can married by a justice of the peace or the like, it's no longer strickly a religious issue. Jesus was the one that said "blessed are the meek", "love thy neighbor" and "we are all Gods children" (I would like to put the emphasis on the word "All" in that last quote). We need to stand up for those that are oppressed and don't have a voice. Supporting this measure could have been the most Christian thing you could have done.

This great land of ours is supposed to be the land of the free and the home of the brave. To not vote "yes" for this issue, you proved once again that freedom can still be limited to some and cowards like yourself will support the mob mentality instead of standing up for the basic civil rights on individuals. I've been happily married for 13 years now. I can't imagine that someone could deny me the right to marry the one that I truely love. My friends and family are extremely disappointed, but unfortunately not surprised, by your decision on this matter. I'm just happy that there are more intelligent and compasionate people representing in our state sentate and your vote was overruled.

Thank you for your time.
