Mount Kisco, N.Y.  – (3/8/12) – On Thursday, Senator Greg Ball (R, C – Patterson) rolled into Mount Kisco, with Team Ball on hand, to meet with residents and to discuss issues and concerns of the Mount Kisco community.

The mobile office was designed by Senator Ball to travel to municipalities within the 40th senate district to meet with residents on a one on one basis to listen to various ideas and concerns.

“I am trying to be accessible in various communities at various hours,” Senator Ball said. “Residents can’t always make the trip to our district office so I am traveling to them.”

Executive director of the Northern Westchester Boys and Girls Club, Brian Skanes showed up to voice concern about after school funding for students in the 40th senate district and the state of New York.

“I thought this was great, it was very informative and encouraging meeting,” said Skanes. “Greg had a lot of things to say. He seems very open to helping people. This was an hour that was very well spent.”

Mt. Kisco resident and Veteran Bob Beringer who came to the meeting with concerns about the Montrose VA Medical Center said, “The meeting went very well. I was reassured that they won’t be close the Montrose VA. I didn’t realize how involved Senator Ball truly is.”
