Elmsford, N.Y. – (5/3/12) – On Thursday night Senator Greg Ball (R, C – Patterson) joined Local 812 (Soft Drinks and Breweries) to honor Carmel resident Bill Sampson with the Distinguished Service Award.

“Bill is a man of absolute integrity and virtue, a giant amongst us with a heart as big as New York. Bill loves his family, his country, his community and we love him!”, said Senator Greg Ball.

The award was given in recognition and appreciation of Bill’s outstanding service and support to Local 812 and its membership. This marks the first time that Local 812 has ever given out a Distinguished Service Award.

“This is the epitome of my life,” said Bill Sampson. “I am so grateful to receive this honor from the executive board and this proclamation from Senator Greg Ball.”
