SENATOR BALL TO HOST VOLUNTEER MEETING FOR VETERANS’ THANKSGIVING DINNER

Brewster, N.Y. – 8/20/12 – Senator Greg Ball (R, C-Patterson) is gearing up for this year’s 2nd Annual Veterans’ Thanksgiving Dinner and he needs your help.

Last year Senator Ball worked with the community to collect over 100 turkeys, all the trimmings and assorted beverages to provide our veterans with an incredible thanksgiving meal. These generous contributions from our community helped feed over 600 veterans and their families!

But without the help of local scouts, sports teams and some great volunteers, servicing this big event would have never possible. So join NYS Senator Ball at his first volunteer meeting and help organize the 2nd annual Thanksgiving dinner for our veterans. The planning meeting will take place this Tuesday, August 21st at 6pm at Putnam National Golf Club. The 2nd annual thanksgiving dinner will take place on November 4th at Putnam National Golf Club.
