POUGHKEEPSIE JOURNAL: BALL NAMED PERSON OF YEAR BY DETECTIVES OF N.Y. STATE

Sen. Greg Ball, R-Patterson, was named Person of the Year by the Associated Licensed Detectives of New York State recently.

The group has been an advocate for the licensed private investigative and security guard industry since 1950.

Outgoing president of the group Theresa A. Balfe said: “The Person of the Year award recognizes a person who exemplifies our commitment to public security. A person that stands out above the rest, a person with true professionalism and integrity, this person is Senator Greg Ball.”

The program also recognized investigators and security guards who have distinguished themselves with their service. (ARTICLE)

Assemblyman Greg Ball (R, C, I – Patterson) is the Senator for New York State's 40th district. A former Vice President of Exceed International Development Corporation, Ball holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from the United States Air Force Academy, is currently completing his Masters Thesis of Liberal Studies in International Affairs at Georgetown University, and received an honorable discharge in 2005 at the rank of Captain after service as an active duty officer in the United States Air Force.
