SENATOR BALL JOINS PATTERSON CUB SCOUTS AT MOVING UP CEREMONY

Patterson, N.Y. – (3/24/2012) – Senator Greg Ball (R, C – Patterson) joined boys from Patterson Cub Scout pack 133 at their blue and gold ceremony on Saturday at the Patterson Fire Department.

The purpose of the blue and gold ceremony was formally hold a moving up ceremony for seven young men that will be advancing as boy scouts and to celebrate the pack’s anniversary.

The seven young men that have moved up to Boy Scouts are: Paul Abousamra, Nicholas Reekie, Thomas Riley, David Boeheim, Jeremy Harrison, Daniel Mandras and Zack Brady.

Pack 133 is in the Muscoot District of the Putnam-Westchester Council of the Boy Scouts of America.  The pack meetings are held at the fire house on Route 311. The boys range from first though fifth grade and most boys attend Matthew Patterson Elementary school.
