SENATOR BALL STOPS IN PAWLING TO CELEBRATE RENOVATION OF LIBRARY ANNEX

Pawling, N.Y. – (2/10/12) – On Thursday, February 9th, Senator Greg Ball (R, C – Patterson) joined the staff of the Pawling Library to celebrate the reopening of the newly renovated library annex.  The annex hosts 3 to 4 programs weekly, including: early literacy, computer, and yoga classes.

“It’s during the tough times, like now, that people use the libraries the most, searching for jobs, researching job opportunities, sprucing up the resume and beyond. This is a great community organization and they deserve our support. I will continue to work very hard to deliver for the Library and all of Pawling.”

“We’re very happy Senator Ball came to take part in the event.  This is a great resource for the community, and it’s nice to see support from a state senator,” said library Director Scott Jarzombek.
