Peekskill, N.Y. – (6/16/12) – Senator Greg Ball (R, C – Patterson) joins Vietnam Veteran and artist John Bartolotta during an art show this past weekend at the BeanRunner Café in Peekskill.

John Bartolotta is pictured above in front of his painting that he calls, “Anticipation”. The piece is part of a series called, “Chasing the Sunset”. Bartolotta said he started painting about three years ago when he was introduced to art therapy at Montrose VA Medial Center.

“The sunset gives you life. As long as the sunset is within reach you have hope. So, I am forever chasing the sunset,” said Bartolotta.
