CAPITAL TONIGHT: SENATOR BALL ON REGULATING UNMANNED AIRCRAFT

Now that Griffiss Airport in Rome has been selected as a test site for unmanned aircraft, one lawmaker is hoping to see new businesses come to New York. Drones, as they are known, can have commercial use and also be a tool for law enforcement agencies. But there are also a lot of concerns about privacy and safety.
