Governor Cuomo is being praised by some, including the New York Times, for acting alone and creating a health care exchange by executive order. The exchange is part of the 2012 federal Affordable Care Act, also known as Obamacare. And until the Supreme Court rules on the constitutionality of the law, Senator Greg Ball thinks it’s a bad idea for the state to move forward with implementing it. (ARTICLE)
